CAPS is our claims settlement program. Through CAPS we can provide an instant settlement based on any agreed depreciation guidelines and requirements. That means quick and efficient electronic settlement of contents claims, every time.

SPL is a comprehensive database that assists us to appoint preferred tradesmen to each job at competitive and agreed rates. SPL is a valuable procurement tool that allows us to track and report on what a client is spending by supplier, category or region.

Claim Watch is an online service that enables claims customers to securely log in anytime and see the details of their claim assessment and what's happening.
